Ochiogu Bags Another Award Of Excellence As Performing Market Leader

Barely one week after the President General of Ogbaru Main Market, near Onitsha, Anambra state, Chief Ndubuisi Ochiogu was bestowed with Anambra state Local Government Service Commission Community award, the market leader has again bagged another award of Excellence as a performing Market leader from Ogbaru local government All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA).
The award ceremony took place at Ogbaru Main Market praying ground shortly after their weekly prayer.
The prayer had attracted the presence of Ogbaru local government APGA Chairman, Pastor Onochie Obiora, Ogbaru local government APGA Secretary, Hon. Chimezie Osigwe, Okpoko ward one APGA Chairman, Hon. Augustine Dike, Ogbaru local government APGA deputy women leader, Hon. Mrs. Vera Ohika, Hon. Linus Uhum amongst other.
Speaking prior to the event, the Ogbaru local government APGA Chairman, Pastor Onochie Obiora noted that Ndubuisi Ochiogu is a house hold name in Ogbaru local government APGA party.
He specifically stated that Ogbaru Main Market traders are so lucky to have Ochiogu as their Market Leader, rating the Market as the best among other Markets in Anambra state in terms of good leadership.
Pastor Onochie further rained accolades on Ochiogu, commending him for working in tandem with State government. He said that Ochiogu has turned Ogbaru Main Market to APGA Market attributing it to the reason why he is friendly with Soludo who he said is also performing well.
He also said APGA in Ogbaru local government is proud of Ochiogu, pledging unflinching support to his leadership. He added that the award of Excellence was to motivate and encourage him more in his good work in the Market.
Presenting the award on behalf of Ogbaru local government APGA, a member representing Ogbaru 1 constituency in the Anambra state House of Assembly, Hon. Chukwunonso Noble Igwe noted that Chief Ndubuisi Ochiogu merited the award, describing him as a performing Market Leader.
He added that the award was to appreciate him on his good work as well as to motivate and encourage him to do more work.
In his appreciation speech, Chief Ochiogu reassured traders that he would increase his tempo in serving them and expressed readiness to do his best to attract good things to the Market.
He equally expressed his sincere gratitude to the Ogbaru local government APGA party for bestowing the honour to him, assuring them that he would not relent in working for the progress of the party.
Chief Ochiogu however eulogized Hon. Igwe for his effective representation, soliciting him to plead with Government to assist the Market in fixing the damaged Sakamori.
